tres fatigue

Ok, so my french typewriter isn't working well. Too bad. The story is this. I'm tired, weary and ready to find my pillow. Work was busy, students were..well students and choir was awesome. A great day filled with friends and music. Need I say more?

Friday comes soon and I will update in the morning.

It's cold...-16C going down to -20C so a definite chill in the air. The full moon has passed......sweet now maybe my emotions will balance up again.

Off to have a healthy snack, do some yoga and find that pillow.

Love to all!

Sunday!

What a great and amazing day I've had.

The choir at church sang one of my favorite songs "Shine, the Light of Your Love" and did so wonderfully! I was so proud of all of them and know that others were blessed by their musical gifts.

Then, I spoke with Richard Simmons on his Radio Show . Still catching my breath over that. I really am motivated to stick to my plan.

My food:

2 slices WW bread
1T cream cheese
coffee

2 scrambled eggs
2 sausages
5 little pieces of potato
1/2 slice brown toast with marg. and jam

salad with Raspberry dressing
Roast Chicken breast
whole wheat dinner roll
whipped butter

and oops: small piece of apple pie

4 8oz glasses of water today

50min "Party off the Pounds" exercise

I'll do some slow stretches before I hit the pillow tonight.

The night's going to be a cold one...about 0F so will bundle up nice and snuggly.

New day tomorrow...new work week....what's on your plate for the next few days????

my Sabboth

I'm a church musician who "works" on Sundays so I really don't have a Christian Sabbath in the traditional way. I love my work and the people that surround me. Today I will take a day for myself. For reflection, meditation, and rest.

My plan is to eat according to my plan and to do some cardio and stretching.

S earching for what my spirit needs today

A ware of my surroundings (what absolutely needs done today)

B eautiful home (how thankful I am for warmth and comfort)

B oldly making my own decisions

A ll (slow and steady keeping all in order)

T otally committed to what is important to me

H eart (my heart is filled with love and peace)

Well, that's my day. I am relaxed, calm and at peace.

I'll post later to update my food list.
