Today:

BREAKFAST:

weight watchers whole wheat toast
1 tsp peanut butter
coffee
vitamins

LUNCH:

crepe with chicken breast (2 oz)
mozz cheese (1 oz)
salad
touch of dressing
veggie soup (home made)

DINNER:

6" whole wheat turkey sub from Subway, lettuce, cucs and tomatoes
1 hershey kiss


SNACKS:

whole wheat weight watchers toast; with 1 tsp peanut butter


WATER: 48 OZ (getting better)

EXERCISE:

30 min STTO #1
15 min Dance express
