Ok so it's not Monday

I was reminded by a dear friend that I had not added to this journal since early in the month of February so thought it high time I did what I said I was going to do. And no it's not Monday; the day when I usually start over. For this week, Tuesday will do.

I will add to this later today as I finish up. I'm filling up my food sheet as I go so I don't forget things today.

Exercise: STTO #1 30 min (I think I will do this only on days when I'm really feeling sick ie flu)
I definitely need more than this today!

Food: fresh fruit cup (1 fruit serving)
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c coffee (yes still with creamer)

cooked egg in a whole wheat crepe
1 oz moz cheese
salad: lettuce, cuc. & tomato...touch of dressing...about 1 tsp
1/c cup vegetable soup (home made, low sodium)
1 cup green tea; 1 tsp honey

ADDED: 6" subway sub...turkey, veggies and light dressing, whole wheat
chicken noodle cup of soup

Water 1 1/2 bottles (500 ml each) My goal is at least 4 ; 5 would be ideal

I'm still trying to decide what to do about dinner. Here's how it works on Tuesdays. I teach from 4 to 7:30 pm. 7:30 is definitely too late for me to eat a full dinner. Right?

So, I need to come up with a new plan. Any ideas???

Be back here later.....

Back: it's 8:00 and I'm just now able to eat dinner. I definitely haven't eaten enough veggies today.

Water: total now at 2 bottles = 32 oz. (not so good) grrrrrrrrrrrr this is going to be tough but I know I can do it!

Tomorrow is coming and will be amazing! I know, because I'm planning it that way.

  1. Frankly, although I understand where Richard is coming from with his prohibiton of nightime eating, I eat when I feel the need and as it works into my schedule.

I have dinner after getting home from Slimmons on Tuesdays and Thursdays... 8:30 PM. I regularly eat a few crackers immediately before bed.

I do work all of it into my program's calorie and balance food restrictions. The way I see it, the Spaniards traditionally eat very late. And I'm not aware that obesity is a huge problem in Spain.
